Helping you translate the story of your body
What is Osteopathic Manual Therapy?
Osteopathic manual therapy is a gentle, hands-on manual therapy that is one of the founding forms of musculoskeletal and physical manipulation therapies in North America.
Understanding the Osteopathic Approach
Osteopathic manual therapy uses gentle hands-on manual movements with application directed by physics to bring about positive changes and alignment throughout the tissues and frame of the human body. By understanding the complex interconnectedness of the body’s systems and core knowledge of how physics effects the body and its components, osteopathy is an exceptionally outstanding science that seeks to restore balance and liberation of vital circulation and neurological communications through the body.
Rather than focusing solely on isolated symptoms, osteopathy seeks to uncover the underlying mechanical story behind your discomfort. By treating the body as an integrated whole, manual therapy helps remove physical obstructions, restoring the balance your body needs to heal itself.
What can Osteopathy Help With?
Patients often seek osteopathic care for support with:
Musculoskeletal Health & Pain Relief.
Acute injuries, chronic pain, and post-surgical recovery.
Postural imbalances, gait mechanics, and movement restrictions.
Headaches, migraines, and TMJ disorders.
Long-term injury prevention and joint preservation.
Women and Men’s Health & Reproductive Care.
Pre- and post-natal body changes.
Pelvic floor strain and pregnancy-related dysfunctions and discomfort.
Reproductive system and circulation.
Systemic & Functional Wellness.
Digestive complaints and sluggish gut motility.
Circulatory and lymphatic drainage support.
Immune system optimization.
Stress, nervous system regulation, and sleep quality.
Clinical Scope Note: Osteopathic manual therapy does not directly diagnose or “cure” specific medical pathologies. Instead, it gently addresses physical strains, asymmetry and structural restrictions to improve overall bodily function which can lead to dis-ease, allowing your body's balance and innate self-healing capabilities to take over.
What I Offer
I offer a space where you are not ignored, where your concerns are heard, and where your symptoms are understood as communication attempts from the body, rather than inherent failures.
Grounded in the principles of classical osteopathy, my approach to manual therapy honors the human body as a highly responsive, interconnected ecosystem designed by nature to regulate and heal itself when in balance.
Rather than treating isolated parts of symptomology with a one-size-fits-all approach, I look at the whole-body picture to find where physical restrictions are blocking your natural movement and circulation.
By using manual techniques to remove these structural barriers and restore free-flowing fluid dynamics, I don't "fix" you—instead, I provide your nervous system and tissues with the precise physical cues they need to release restricted pathways, clearing the way for your body’s innate self-healing mechanisms to take over.
Ultimately, I strive to find the root cause of dysfunction, honoring a methodology based on cause and effect rather than operating in a reactive manner that only addresses the end result of symptomology
What to Expect in a First Session
During your initial consultation, we begin with a collaborative conversation focused on your health history and current concerns, exploring your body’s unique story with deep care, understanding, and radical acceptance of how you present in the moment.
We then transition into movement and hands-on assessments to observe your natural alignment and evaluate the quality of your tissues, followed by introducing your body to manual therapy using general, gentle movements to invite your nervous system to safely open up to the work.
It is important to note that this practice does not provide medical or orthopedic diagnoses, recommend prescriptions or exercises, or replace allopathic medical care; instead, our core focus is entirely on listening to how your body is communicating through its tissues at that exact time.
Together, we will discuss next steps and collaboratively formulate a plan to best help your body move forward.

About Me
Welcome! My journey into the world of osteopathic manual therapy began not in a classroom, but as a patient searching for answers. For years, I battled severe, chronic neck pain that completely disrupted my life. I tried common forms of therapy and consulted numerous doctors but was continually met with temporary relief or no answers at all. Everything changed when I crossed paths with an osteopathic manual therapist. By looking at my body as a whole, they helped me achieve the lasting results and relief I thought were impossible. This transformative experience sparked a deep passion within me to understand the human body and provide that same profound relief to others.
My Philosophy & Training
I graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy on July 24, 2026, as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, M.OMSc., certified with OSTCAN (Osteopathy Canada). My training includes an intensive 4.5-year educational program with over 4,200 hours of study, featuring 1,500 hours of supervised clinical experience. As a member of OSTCAN, my treatments are covered by most major third-party insurance providers.
I approach osteopathy through a deeply classical lens, rooted in a thorough understanding of anatomy and the profound interconnectedness of the human body. I do not believe in simply chasing symptoms; instead, I always strive to find the root cause of your discomfort.
My practice is guided by the core principles of structure-function relationships and a firm mechanical basis. I view symptomology not as a problem to be covered up, but as the body’s way of communicating. By listening to that communication and restoring mechanical balance, we allow the body's natural healing mechanisms to take over.
Looking Ahead
At the heart of my practice is a genuine, deep-seated care for people—and animals! I am committed to meeting my clients exactly where they are on their healing journeys. As I continue my professional career, I look forward to expanding my classical training and practice to support both infants and animals down the road, bringing holistic, root-cause relief to a wider family of beings.
I look forward to collaborating with you, listening to your body's unique story, and helping you find lasting balance and vitality.
